If your LSAT score does not increase by at least seven points and you fulfill the requirements below, we will refund your enrollment fee. The increase is measured from your diagnostic LSAT (the June 2007 LSAT) to your score on the official LSAT. This guarantee is unmatched and demonstrates our confidence in our courses.
1) Send your instructor Email Updates (as outlined in your course materials) at least twice a week. If your instructor does not know how your prep is going throughout your course, he cannot refine your course or give you helpful advice.
2) Complete all of the assignments in your Course Schedule. Complete a vast majority of your assignments when they are scheduled (you can complete up to three day's assignments late). If you do not put in the work, it is tough to see results. Rest assured that you will not be asked to complete more prep than you can handle.
3) Take an official LSAT and receive your score. We need the official score as a way of measuring your progress.
The following situations will make a student ineligible for a refund:
Students who change to a later test date mid-course (after having prepared for 10 or more days for the first test date).
Students who increase their score by 10 or more points on a recent (Prep Test #50 and higher), four section LSAT during their course. Students who improve a great deal during their course and have trouble performing on test day due to nerves or other factors are not eligible for a refund. A vast majority of our students perform very well on the official test.
Students whose Outside LSAT course is less than 90 hours in duration, or less than 60 days long. It takes time and effort to improve drastically on the LSAT. While we welcome students at any point in time, we cannot guarantee a 7 point improvement for those with short courses.
Students who have prepared extensively for the LSAT in the past. This is defined as either having taken a classroom or online course, or as having completed more than 30 hours of self prep. Despite this exclusion, we have had excellent success with students who have already prepared extensively.
“The comprehensive program had me so prepared for the test that nerves were never an issue.”
“You certainly gave me the biggest support, confidence, and direction I could imagine.”
